What to do If you or your loved ones qualifies for a test

• You must book an APPOINTMENT and Pharmacy will provide instruction for the test kit.

Please read Safety Guidelines carefully

• Masks must be worn at all times if leaving the house when you have symptoms.
• You should pick up the swab, complete the form & swab and return directly home.Read Instructions about the swab provided
• You must isolate until the test results are received.
